I think it's very doable. Delorme did a switch 180 butter into a handrag cork 9. He was buttering during the handdrag, and if he made it a double cork instead of a single, it would have been the trick you're suggesting.

the weird thing is i feel like a tail butter dub would be easier than a nose butter dub, but some are doing the nose butter dubs, but none are doing tail butter dubs

definitely can be done. who? whoever wants it the most/puts in the work to be the first to do it. you don't see a lot of people doing switch tail butters off of big jumps so its hard to say who is the most likely to get it done.
