i live in denver and my dad and i are taking a trip to tahoe in feb. we're gonna ski squaw for sure, but i was wondering where some other gnarly stuff is, cuase i wanna ski some steep, scary stuff. are there any places that i for sure should check out around the tahoe area?

Squaw's got it. If that gets boring (which it won't there are too many lines there) go to Alpine just down the road for a change of pace. Hike a little and find some really steep cool stuff.

yeah squaw and alpine will have everything you want . . . don't bother driving down to kirkwood, it's way too far from the north shore
