surprised he didnt say "stoked" or "like" 30+ times as in most skier interviews, pretty impressive if you ask me

He was refreshingly patient with those absolute airheads. ..... "how do you do those twisty cork thingys?"

This just shows how chill tom is. He can sit there and listen to two idiots talk do him about what he does and still keep a smile on his face and make it a good interview.
 
made me lol cause i did a switch 5 today and some girl who had been snaking everything in the park all day flipped shit and said "YOU JUST WENT OFF THE JUMP BACKWARDS AND THEN LANDED IT! THAT WAS CRAZY DO IT AGAIN!" and i would have if she wasnt a solid 7.

that interview was balls, props to tom for putting up with that shit.
 
the interview wasn't that bad. It's just people that don't see skiing everyday are amazed at the things we take for granted. I'm glad Tom said you don't go straight to those tricks. It's all about practice and progressing safely.

i actually thought it was a good interview. he's not talking to newschoolers, look at his target audience. he has to dumb it down and make light of it all. he's talking to a couple of chicks that probably have no idea whats happening when he's throwing spinny flippies n shit.

he looks like a baller too. fuckin hat on backwards, unbuttoned shirt. yeahhh steezin it up without goin overboard.
