T-Halls out of the Park???

I feel like this question has been asked before, but after searching I couldn't get a straight answer. I want a light, buttery, fun ski, and I've heard great things about the thalls. However, I don't want to just lap the park all day.

Will the thalls survive outside the park on the east coast? (Mostly groomers)

idk about the thall but for outside the park i recomend the ar7 its wut i ride. but for more of a buttery amtn perhaps the alpha is a good choice the rocker will make it buttery

t-halls and ar7 ride pretty similarly...

ar7 will be more stable and hold up at high-speed, but the t-hall is no slouch either

they both have the three wood core but the t-hall is more flexy in the tips and tails so it may feel looser to you on turns

personally i loved the t-hall when i demoed it and it owned everything from moguls to crud when i was skiing it outside the park

The T halls are a great all around ski. I have personally been more satisfied with the versatility of the Alpha 1s but since your in the east and deal with alot of ice the THall may be a more suitable choice.

Thanks for the advice, will definitely demo them, I have yet to hear anything bad about them.

I rode them all over Mammoth last year. They hold up at speed, on steep stuff, and in a couple inches of fresh. Seriously one of the best skis I've ever ridden. Zero problems on groomers.

my favorite ski ever. i ski upstate ny so you can imagine the amount of ice those skis see.

Yaa Thall is good all over... They have a real stiff zone under your foot.. so they will handel speed well.. the tip and tale is soft for some fun buttery action.. Great ski everywhere... once you go armada u wont go back!

i have the punx right now and they are to flexy for me. what do you guys think about the THall's. how is their flexyness and all that??

i got the 11/12 t-hall and before this i had the punx, the t-hall are a better ski in every kind of terrain.

Get the T-hall for sure.

yes i took mine to killington they rode great on the ice if u keep the edges sharp everywhere except under the sidewall i think you'll be fine

Yea I could handle it, but when the skis chatter and are really sketchy in crud, it isn't very enjoyable. If I'm going to spend the money, it better be a fun ride.

i have yet to ride a ski softer than my 10/11 punx, haha t-halls will be stiffer for sure
