T-Halls all-mountain?

So right now I ride Fujatives from when they first came out, and I love being able to butter around and have fun like that - but I feel like they kind of suck all-mountain. I'm thinking of getting the T-Halls from '07 - do they ride well all mountain/butter easily? Thanks for any input.

well they have all mtn dimentions, so i would think that they would be pretty good. but if you want an armada all mtn ski thats buttery, look at the ARV or maybe aR6

Im rocking the 08' THalls 176 and im sooo stoked on thier all mountain capabilities. but other than the graphic they're no different from the 07's, but def my favorite Armada yet.

T-Hall is Jib-specific and soft at tip and tail. AR6 is stiffer all mountain and similar dimensions. Def go with them over Thall.

ive ridden the 08 t-halls and they were fun in the park but pretty squirrely all mountain. at high speeds they chattered.

Even ar5s and ar6s are worthless all mountain. Define all mountain...like...getting to the park from the chair at a mountain with 500 feet of vert?

Id describe the Volkl Karma or Head mojo 90 as "All mountain" as they are wide enough to handle off-piste pretty well but at the same time are stiff for grip on groomers and stable for crusty crud. Also not too big and heavy for and park.

Armada make the AR6 which is probably their best 'do everything' ski but its not quite as stiff or wide as the two above. The ARV is wider but is really really soft like fujative soft so are rubbish for carving around on hardpack. Unfortunately there's nothing in between unless next season produces one.

Unless you're really heavy and strong AR6's should be perfect for pretty much anything except really deep powder.
