Switching videos from private to public?

I accidentally tagged on of my videos private when uploading and i have no clue how to get it into the category i want.

i can see it in the my media section but when i click the little I in the upper left corner of it nothing happens...

 
wouldn't mind a solution to this too. Can't figure out how to see the full size private images/image info.

and it doesn't work on latest versions of firefox + chrome and adblock/script blocks are completely disabled on both.
 
i cant figure out how to move a video to private. i edited it to be in the private section but it still shows up public
 
My media -> all videos -> click info button on video change from private to a category.
