Switching from Marker to Salomon bindings

Hello NS,I currently ride marker squires, but really want to switch to something more durable. Due to the fact, that I'm not going to buy new skis this season, my question is following - are there any differences (size, position)between squire and STH mounting holes?

Thanks!

Good chice with the bindings, the STH 12 Driver or 14 if you need a higher Din are great.

The holes will be differnt to the squires though, so you may need to move your mount point slightly frward or backward.

She not be a huge problem, take them to the shop you plan to get the bindings from, and let them see how it will work mount wise, before you spend any money.

I really hoped that those holes will be similar, because I feel kinda skeptical of mounting skis more that once. :/But thanks for the information!

The holes defiantly will not match up, but dont worry. Unless you have had the bindings mounted badly and the core has got damaged, you can fill the old holes and remount the new bindings no problem. You can mount skis quite a few times without it being a problem. Just make sure the shop leave at least a 1cm gap between the old holes and new.

They definitely* will not match up. That being said, you will not notice any difference in durability if the shop does a good job.

I'm pretty sure when holes don't match up, they do it in a defiant manner. You would want them to match up, right?
