Switching bindings

I already saw my christmas present and i got new skis from my parents. My dad got the bindings mounted wrong so they are at 60/40 so they are puched back. I wanted them at 50/50 for riding swith and raiding rails does it make that much of an advantage to move them and have holes in my skis or is it worth it to keep them that way for the down hill adnantage will i still be able to pull spins and ride rails or should i still get them changed of the advantage in the park and pipe thanks

they are probably mounted at midsole, so dont worry. you dont need your skis center mounted to ski switch, you can ski switch on 155cm slalom skis if you know what your doin

yes keep them.. if you ski any big mountain or anything like that, you'd be better with them mounted 60/40.. Thats how mine are and i have no problem skiing switch or jibbing rails.. Keep em.

i asked for mine to be mounted in the centre and they put them a bit back. i got mine re-mounted and theyre fine. i like them a lot more as dead centre, but then again i pretty much only ride park.

i had my skis center moutned last year, i hated it. well, cause i dont spend all my time in hte park. if you are going ot do some powder, then dont center mount

Yeah, you know what sucks. I ordered Fujatives and they came in and they didnt have a center mark for mounting so the shop called k2 and asked where to mount them and they told them where midsole was and so they mounted them there and I just got them today and they are mounted sooooo far back its ridiculous. They are mounted like race ski's it really sucks. Now I have to go and get a brand new pair of ski's remounted since they are all gayed up. I compared where the binding was to my 180 concepts and the binding on the Fujative was about 1.5 inches back compared to the concept waaaay to far. Pisses me right off.

It shouldnt matter and its good if they are back if you aren't always in the park. If you can't spin with them like that, then trust me: it isn't the bindings ;)
