Switch up help

I learned them this summer and Im now going for all 8. Key point is to stay looking at the rail the whole time. Its easy to side track when you focus on the rotation. Its all in the scissor as well, and popping should take care of the rest. Stop your shoulders once you land back on the the rail and scissor to help control yourself. Practice unnatty slides as well if you aren't comfy with them, it will come in handy

A home set up would be very helpful, because you can sesh wiener you want. Theyre a lot easier to learn on big tubes so I would recommend a big pvc tube and another smaller pvc rail so it's more similar to the mountain

For front swaps, imagine swapping your whole body. Like I would get on right foot forward and think : "OK my take my left hand, pop, and put it in place of my right hand, then land with a wide stance on my left foot".

this. the pop is crucial. i kept getting my back ski hung up because i wasnt popping hard enough and now its a piece of cake

Make sure you're approaching the rail good. Also make sure you are really setting your inside edge and heel that was my biggest problem along with popping at the right time and this made me just slide off the rail. Also make sure to look at the end of the rail. Once you get fs switch ups on lock Kfeds seem a lot easier and they're super fun good luck dude

I don't know what you have but you should try to build a flat bar
