Switch Rodeoo tipss?

1- I was just wondering some tips for doing a switch rodeo

like popping it and how to throw it(spinning Left )

2-Alsso i was recently trying frontflips off noals into the landing of jumps kinda thing and want to be able to do it off boxes and such..

i was landing on my heels so my tails dug in and blew up and my skis went everywhere,i was doing the 1 foot thing where i throw my 1 leg up and flip myself over,my head was also getting real close to the ground so i dont know if i was throwing it to early or?

i would just like some tips for how to approach before you throw it and so on?

if you can do sw7 then ya its time to learn sw rodeo . think of how your chest spins on a normal sw spin, its straight up and down, right. Now to do a sw rodeo theres no hard set or crazy move, itsthe same spin but opening your chest to the sky not the landing. most people go to 7 on the firsttry so think about your timing. dont throw your head down just spin opening to the sky.CCCR

2, you might need to pop a little later to get to the landing and not land so flat or you may be going to slow have fun and let me know if that works or helps
