both are actually quite easy

a switch front takes a lot of timing though and is pretty much blind

start with the switch back. the landing isnt blind and you can spot it the whole way around. switch fronts are cool but youd be better off learning switch rodeo 5s

Yeah the timing is pretty crucial. Miss your pop on either one and you're going straight to the domepiece. Otherwise both are pretty simple, just make sure not to miss the pop.
