Switch from 99mm boot to 102mm boot - Am I fucked?

I just bought a new pair of Full Tilt B&Es s to replace my rusty old ones and noticed they changed the with to 102. While I was a little tight in my 99s, I feel comfortable in my 102s. My issue is that my fucking heal keeps trying to pop out of the boot, with the liner. It seems my heel just wants out and the liner just seems to slip along the shell with no resistance. Has anyone else experienced this with Full Tilts? Should I ditch this pair and cop a pair of 99mm boots asap? Any help would be muuuuuch appreciated. thanks guys.

I can't believe you have 2000 posts and still don't know how to buy boots correctly

This what the fuck? Op those boots are clearly way to big for you. Go to a shop and talk to a bootfitter.

i went from a 99mm to 102. all i did was tighten up the boot real tight and it was good. the 102's are way more comfortable than the 99's

Do you have a skinny calf? The 102 also has a bigger calf area, not just the forefoot. If so, you are better off buying a 99 and making it wider to fit your fore foot your ankle will feel more secure. If you're already getting heel lift in new boots, its only gonna get worse as the liner packs out.
