Switch dub tips

looking to try a switch dub soon probably switch dub cork/rodeo 9. I can do the rotation really good on tramps, and can dub flat 7. My main fear is I set the trick too early and catch my tips on take off. Also I want to do it on a more shallow/wobbly axis but its much harder to set quickly like that as opposed to a super flippy rotation. Any wisdom/tips etc. would be much appreciated.

Thanks

A wise man once told me that if you have to ask how to switch dub, you probably shouldn’t try a switch dub

I've been testing the wobbly axis with sw rodeo 5s but haven't been able to really incorporate it into the dub yet though. You definitely need more air than usual. I got my first sw dub 9 just hucking it flippy style just mimicking my tramp rotation which I don't think there's any getting around..just to get the rotation and convince yourself you can do it. At least that's how I had to do it.

Any suggestions for dub flat? To snow

just practice them a lot on tramp, make sure you can chuck them super low and fast. On snow, make sure your flatspins land at 3 every time. if you are over rottating, you should be landing backseat, not at 540. I would recommend grabbing safety over Japan, it makes you rotate much faster. Last, make sure you have a big, and poppy jump definitely 45ft + kids do them on tiny shit but thats definitely higher risk and lower reward.

This is my first one. Honestly just get a huge crew and fucking send it.

Good luck! If you got any questions, hmu
