i can do the sw cork 5 easily and im very happy for big jumps (do 10s and 9s easily too) but i just wonder how long there is from the sw cork 5 too sw dub 9? and how big does the jump have to be? and is it an easy trick or very hard? should i wait until ive learned other doubles first or is it a good one to start with?

does a switch double 900 sound easy? if it does then do it. but it seems like you're skipping some steps if you go from a switch cork 5 to a switch double cork 9. make sure to film you attempts.

then what do i have to do? what are the steps i am missing? sw cork 5 is the only not double that looks like the sw dub 9 in the way you pop on the lip of the jump. :)

Film your sw cork 5's and see that you whould be able to dip into another "corked out" 360... I know a lot of people are strugling with the switch dubble 9 because it seems to be easier to do it as a 10. I'm pretty keen on doing the tricks myself. Problem is that it's easier if you do it very "flippy" (like Jon Olsson), but I want to do it as little corked as possbile cuz that's like a hundred times more steezy and it doesn't look that aerial that way! If you try it, hit me up on the NS mail and lemme know how it turned out! Good luck...

but then again i could be wrong, in which case i'd say there are very few people here who can help you with double flips, but good luck

i would say that is much harder. just think sw rodeo 5 to backflip... i bet you got it.

I can't do them but I coach tramp and I'm all about working up to stuff.

The way I would do it is first I'd say find a jump where you can really float the sw cork 5 also make sure you have no problem spinning big on it (ie be able to sw 10).

Then, now this requires good spacial awarness and body control, I would set the sw cork 5 as hard as you can with still being able to super open up and still land at 5.

Do that repeatedly and really focus on how much air time you have and what would happen if you went with the intial spin you gave it, it'll also give you a good referance point to focus on where to start your second cork, aka, your almost at the 5 and super opened up and your still 6 feet above the knuckle you can ask your self do I have time for a cork 3 still.

Hope that helps! I would highly suggest being good at dubs before trying this like on a tramp of off a diving board
