The only place I know for sure you can get a 100ft length of good quality stuff is at the Supply Centre at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

The Google Map of where it is:

Takes about an hour to get to by TTC from St. George subways station.

Open 9-5:30 on weekdays, and they had boxes of 100ft lengths, think it was $50 for the heavy-duty stuff.

my friend sent me a link to a collapsible drop in on transworld snowboarding, so as it seems i wont be building a bungee for now. but thanks anyways.
