Surface Warranty Help

Hey,

I was wondering if any of you guys could help me with the warranty for this years watch life. I need to get them warrantied and I was wondering how i go about doing it.

Who should i call, email, text, penpal?

What does the warranty cover and not cover?

For how long?

....and so on

my bindings, the same heel piece, has ripped out of the same spot 3 seperate times. They were remounted into the same spot with heli coils twice and ripped out both times, i dont know if that is an intial mounting issue i should take up with the ski shop or the ski.

The edge has also cracked on the opposite ski in two spots under foot. I rode them hard but it was by no means due to miss use.
 
i being the tech at a ski shop will tell you the more you mount in one spot the weaker it gets...especially if water got in your pretty much screwed with any ski! helicoil does nothing in rotten wood!

as for the cracked edge it happens.. any ski any skier on any amount of rails can happen at anytime.... probobaly wont fall out!!
