Alright I have watch life and I skied for 8 days in CO, did park, rails, 45 foot jumps, I did cliffs and powder and landed back seat so many times. The Skis kept going, yes their price is amazing and I do recommend them and they have fixed many of their durability issues and they are awesome
ive got a pair of no-times that i use mostly for rails. ive really got no complaints at all, they are the most fun ski ive used to date. theyre super lightweight, the tip rocker feels perfect, and if the snow is soft they carve really well for a center mounted ski.
My good friend rides surface. He loves them! Although his double times are trashed and won't last more than this season. He says the quality is not great AT ALL, but he could never ride another ski.
Amazing skis, yes you hear about them snapping, but that was the older models. Plus surface is really easy to work with if it does happen to u, almost a definite warranty, they do not bull shit you. I've had 3 pairs and they r boss. Their side walls are the best constructed. None of that pealing apart shit. Look into it, real company, with real products.
My friend bought a pair of 2011 Next Times this year, after 30 times skiing on them, they started to de-lamanate. Surface gave him new 2013 model for free, didn't even need to send him the old skis. The newer models have improved in durability anyways, I've heard great things about other Surface skis, and this experience shows they have great custemer service. I personally have never skied on Surface skis but talk to a lot of people that have them, and they love them.
