Surface Skis Done?

This thread is pure speculation but what has been up with Surface? I am a huge fan of their skis and this thread isn't meant in any way to degrade their image, but damn they've fallen off. Are they done making planks? There are a couple reasons that may be the case.

1. Their team:

They've gotten rid of:

Banks

Meeks

Khai

Kerrensy

Jacob Hyllengren Larsson

The only people riding for them seem to be a handful of kids in the Wasatch and Shane Metos, all who are riding last year's skis. Is Evan Furbeyre still on??

2. They didn't even put out a lineup of skis this year:

Despite having a 2016-17 lineup catalog, no skis are for sale this year.

3. Mike Schneider's (the owner) insta has a picture of him riding on a pair of Black Diamonds.

I don't want to this to be the case as I earlier stated that I am a big fan of their skis.

If anyone affiliated with the brand could chime in that would be great!

It was that thread about the kid having an issue with his order from them and some people said that they messaged Surface on insta and they replied that they're "laying low and skiing." Sort of cryptic, thats why this thread was made, to hopefully clear up what's going on
 
Stocked up on One Life's. Two pair mounted and one pair still in plastic. Might need to scoop up any I can find if they stop making skis.
