Surface Royale or line honey badgers

What are you looking for in a ski? What kind of budget do you have? How tall and how much do you weigh? What kind of skiing do you do?

I am looking for a soft ski that will last a few seasons I like butters and rails on jumps the biggest spins ill throw is 5s and a flip every once in a while. I am 5'8 158. My budget is in the 300-400 range

Honey Badgers will not last you a full season and the surfaces might. Your best bet would be Vishnu wets they are like $25 out of your price range but if you can find them used they'll be cheaper. Durable and soft there is a reason they are so popular on here.

Thanks man I am definitely thinking about the wets the surfaces for 300 is tempting but the durability of the wets sound like it will be worth it

Yeah Surface got a bad rep a few years ago for durability but seems to have gotten some what better so you might be fine but I'm not sure.

wets are way more rockered tho than those skis fyi.

He never asked about rocker? Not sure what you mean.

My point is that they're going to feel very different from those aforementioned skis because of how heavily rockered they are.

I'd say Surface forsure, I've demoed the Royales and the honey badgers both, They ride pretty similar, but the Royales just feel a bit better. I am a surface fanboy so my opinion may be biased, I just like their graphics better than Line too. They are both OG companies tho so either way you couldn't go wrong
