Surface Nine Life

Just bought some surface nine life skis. Iv'e been hearing a lot of bad things about their build quality. Just wondering if anyone can give me some info on.

 
I owned a pair for approximately 20 hours. They snapped behind the binding on my second run.

Luckily I never hit a rail in those two runs - so they covered them under warranty. I've heard horror stories from other members though.
 
You should have done some research. It's the ski that surface had problems with, thin core caused many of them to snap, and made many kids whine on the Internet. However, I've still seen a few pairs here and there that look in amazing shape
