Surface Drifter

Right now I can get the Surface Drifters(identical to '13 Live Lifes) for $250. That seems like a very good deal and these would fill the hole in my quiver. They're only in 181 and I am 5'9" 145 lb.'s. I want them to be my everyday all mountain ski. I want them to be very solid on hardpack, playful enough to do nollies/nosebutters, and not have too much of a speedlimit. Basically how comparable are they to Jeffreys because the Jeffreys are my dream ski, but very expensive. If anyone has experience with these skis I would love to here your thoughts. +k for good advice. Thanks.

They are kinda stiff. If you want to butter on them you will have to break them in. Good everyday ski tho. They can handle it all

In your opinion, how would they compare to something like the Jeffreys?

I'm not too worried about butters-I can do without, that's what my park boards are for- But I do love to nollie, so how are nollies on the Drifters?

Mollie's shouldn't be too hard on any ski as long as there is some flex( which the drifters have) and you actually know how to Nollie. Pretty good on some hard pack but if it's too hard they will Handle it but not do as well as a park ski or something like that. But really good on groomers and the softers hard packs
