what do you guys think, do you think slopestyle is harder than pipe, i think it's not pipe you have to worry about decking landing low or spinning to early and switch shit in pipe is so much harder.

pipe is harder to learn but its easier to improve in. rails are the easiest all around. jumps are the hardest.

Im more scured to do stuff in pipe, I just try to go really high in the air.

......................
Trying is the first step towards failure

pipes just is hard to improve in, maybe not in the tricks in pipe but now try to learn thoughs tricks goin 2o feet out

Pipe is easy to learn if your not afraid to go fast, Jumps are easy to learn but hard to do tricks on and rails are hard to learn (damn rideons) but supposedly easy

Big Rails with spinnin on & off are more tricky than big jumps, For me anyways!

I no good at rails, But real good at Jumps

thats just the way it is.

i like slopestyle better, but superpipe is def harder, but as soon as u can air out good then u just throw

definitley pipe any retard can throw and ugly 180 of a hit but just learing to properly straight air pipe is much harder, you need nasty edging abilty and giant balls

Im still afloat, i aint the captain of tha yact but im on the boat
I aint actin what im not
Knowin that i dont

i agree. a skier who can ski pipe has put so much more effort into getting there. it took me 2 years just to learn how to ride the pipe proporly. once you learn, its easy to go like 8-15 feet out on a good pipe. and tricks are just confidence that you wont deck out cuz it doesnt hurt at all to land on a verticle wall.

well, thier noth hard, u can get in bad crashes in pipe or jumps, and racked on rails, but u can learn quicker in pipe, jumps u can learn how ever u want,, and yeah

pipe so much harder

steve did make the playoffs hatters wanna hate lovers wanna love i dont even want none of the above iwanna piss on u -Rkelly my boy

im a pussy when it comes to big jumps. so id say slopestyle is "harder" but i cant do shit, so they're both hard persay

i would say slopestyle because pipe is the same thing every time and if you work at it hard you can get fairly good, but slopestyle you have to deal with different size jumps and rails that change with every course you go to

pipe is just better all round but rails on pipe are just sick and a great source of fun

personally i think that pipe is way harder becuase i dont get to ride it as much, and when i do, i dont understand how some people are so good at it, i have mad respect for the people who are good at it.....

East Coast.

Well it's probly jumps the best to ski halfpipe. Cause when you jumps on the deck in the jumps halfpipe, it pretty hurts bad knees really. It's opinion really a jumps matter of halfpipe opinon.

pipe. u got to worry about landing on the deck, and ur goin like vertical, unlike of a jump its just straight out.

i don't know why i recieved a private message from Forrest-cole, that contained a link to this thread, but while i'm here....

i don't think one if harder than the other. Each takes a decent amount of skill, and has its hard parts. I guess if i had to choose, i'd say pipe is harder. if the pipe isn't perfect you can easily deck... or land in the flat bottom. You need to learn to hold your speed, and land and setup for anotehr trick fast.

I don't really know... i haven't hit a pipe as much as rails and jumps. A pipe is definately fun but rails r so fun. Pipe is harder as far as i've gone into it.. although my experience is not much

i suck balls at pipe so im gonna say thats harder...for me anyways

"Holy shit, did you see that tweaked out pencil! That was insane, that guy really knows how to rip."

i like the flow of slope... but that might be cuz i suck at pipe

slopestyle.thats it.slopestyle.

What ever happened to Gore. Are They Retarded. Im retarded but what the hell. Whiteface is the shit.

I would say to put a run down, make it sick, it has to be pipe. So techy and plain difficult.

But I do love a crazy slopestyle showdown, it's so fun.

But overall, I have to go pipe. But that dosen't mean a great pipe skier is better than a great slopestyle guy, or vice versa. Not one bit

But on a nother not. Forrest-Cole PM'ed me with this thread, I guess he wants to make this some big, multi-paged fun-fest.

pipe and slopestyle are the same i think... Pipe is generally harder because there are few pipes that are dialed. but if you have a perfect pipie, and a perfect slopestyle course, there about the same.

i would say pipe is harder simply because there's no way to simulate a pipe run. you can learn slopestyle tricks on a trampoline, etc. but in the pipe you just have to get in there and do it.

youre awareness in the air is different for each

like someone said above, slopestyle you jump straight out

pipe you jump up and have to worry about hitting the deck on the way down
