oh man i feel like goku would fucking murder superman no question, but goku would never do that because superman is a good guy.
 
I don't know if this is a copy paste, probably is. But either way I am pretty sure that the average human power level was somewhere around 20-30.

Also Goku could just use instant transmission to get some kryptonite, since superman can't travel that fast and murder his face if he really wanted to. ALSO spirit bomb.
 
goku wins every time, although the two of them would never fight, because superman doesn't fight good guys, as evidenced by that issue where he let batman kick the shit out of him.
 
But based on your equations, a person's power level is simply determined by what they can lift. This, we know, does not account for the powers of each individual. Superman can shoot lasers out of his eyes while Goku can use a ka may ha may ha (sp?) blast. Considering we don't know the penetrability of either of these superhumans skin against the opposing attack, we can not accurately determine a true power level with out further tests ultimately disproving your proposed theory that Goku is more powerful than superman...
 
Super man will win because he is American. Fucking obviously but like other people said they'd never fight they'd team up and fight bad guys

I'm not bad mouthing DBZ (i fucking love DBZ) but didn't Goku power up the spirit bomb for like 2 whole goddamn episodes in his final battle with Buu?

i knew this shit was running up and down when i was younger, but i am just not sure how i old i was and if i missed out on anything
 
i don't really follow it, but i played a dbz arcade console game in asia this summer, i liked it a lot. it's awesome how you can just zoom around

 
swear to god it felt like each show was only 12-14 minutes of programming and then a shit ton of commercials it use to be the biggest blue baller TV show
 
That's why you had to be like me and have your mom record every episode on a VHS tape so you could watch it later and fast forward through the commercials. Fuck yeah, Mom!
 
Almost 22. Watched this show religiously in my elementary school days. I can't remember at what point I stopped watching it, probably soon after Boo or whatever came in.
 
i thought you were going another direction with that. like that goku must be impossibly massive if he can train in a gravity chamber and maneuvre his body around with 100x normal gravity. to be able to do that, your body would have to be ridiculously dense and weigh tens of thousands of pounds. so if he throws a punch that is so fast it's invisible to the naked eye at super man with millions of pounds of pressure, the momentum of that punch would probably be so great that not even superman could withstand it.

i believe so but keep in mind that wasn't the only thing that happened during those episodes. DBZ had probably the best character development of any cartoon ever. when it was over i damn near cried.
 
Haha yeah, definitely a show that "older" kids watched. I'll be 24 in a month. Toonami was the shit. DragonBall Z followed by Gundam Wing every day? Best combo ever.
 
also, you didn't say that Goku in his SS3 form by the end of the Majin Buu saga was around 400000000, so even though Goku would have beat superman after he trained with King Kai, it just would have been ridiculous by the end.
 
There's more than one version of Superman and Goku. Without mentioning what ones this is pointless.

Anyway, Superman Prime One Million would slay any DBZ character.
 
superman prime doesn't get tired, that's about all he's got on super-saiyans, and that's fucking cheap and lame anyways. other than that he is basically regular superman with enhanced speed and vision.
 
I think GT goku at SS4 would beat superman prime, even easier if he absorbed the dragonballs like he did for a little in one of the last episodes.
