im rooting for them because i live in bham (north of seattle), i lived in seattle for 10 years, have supported the hawks since i was a youngin and have season tickets. root for them if you like the team or cuz you think theyre bo$$. cuz well theyre.
 
I don't get all the lions hate. Yes, they're a shit team with not a lot of winning history. Leave us alone and let us watch our mediocre football in peace like I have been my whole life.
 
I've been an analyst for the NFL Network Broadcasting Team for three years now and I find it difficult to imagine a scenario in which the New England Patriots don't win the Superbowl.

Whats with all this seahawk hype? Cool, they can win the easy ass nfc west, or maybe get wildcard now because the niners are actually fucking good now. But once they get to the playoffs they just flop around like a fish out of water. Pats will be good as always, and texans are on the up and up
 
Because they have the best secondary in the league, to go with a generally dominant defense all-around. Russell Wilson will come into his own, Marshawn Lynch is still a beast, etc. Although losing Percy will hurt them.

And i think a lot of the Seahawks hype on this forum in particular comes from a large population of NSers in the Pacific Northwest.

The Pats will be great as usual (Go Pats!) and I think Texans, Packers, Niners, and Broncos will all be in the mix as well.
 
I want to see the Steelers win it but this is definitely going to be a rebuilding season for them after watching last years EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING season.
 
Defense doesn't win games. Scoring wins games. The seahawks offense has been weak for a while now and they still have yet to really improve it. But thats just my take on it
 
consistency wins games. and through the second half of the season russell wilson was mr.consistent. if you can have a d that can keep your opponent below 15pts a game you have a chance no matter who youre playing.
 
I don't really want to get started because its nothing to really be mad about.. I'm just competitive. But, Seattle is far from having to improve a powerful offense. And defense wins.. Watch this anal raping performed on the 9ers in December:

But Richard Sherman... dude isn't even human I swear. He's only 25 and is continuing to get better.

Then of course the cherry on top, a dynamic offense led by Russell Wilson, and some very very underrated receivers

And please don't take this the wrong way, I'm just super excited for the season. Just ordered a new jersey, getting my fantasy papers all organized and everything!

Don't forget Lynch. Dude's a fucking beast. Seahawks aren't my team, but Lynch and Wilson are amazing. They're my pick for super bowl. I'll be happy as long as the Patriots are as far away from the trophy as possible.
