Super Troopers 2

Apparently the second movie is set in the 1970's and the guys are playing the fathers of their characters in the original movie.
 
if they ruin super troopers like they ruined dumb and dumber.....there's gonna be a problem
 
Ahmen brother, but I think it would be impossible to fail as bad as dumb and dumberer. Plus its the same dudes as the first.
 
*there can't be a sequel. They have waited too long, no i just have a feeling it will ruin Super troopers
 
I too hope they dont ruin it. I bet it will be a geek out, but not as good as the original, nothing rarley is.
 
Dumb and Dumberer was the biggest fucking upset ever... worst movie...

I love super troopers, its definitely in my top 3, if they ruin it im going to cry...
 
i doubt they'll ruin it. its being made by the same people, and they probably know how much people are expecting out of this movie and do not want to get themselves a bad rep by screwing it up
 
i agree with soem guy earlier...its been too long for a sequel, at least like 4 years. but they are a pretty funny ass group so maybe itll be worth watching. they probably jsut called it a sequel because its the same guys,the plot is probly completely different
 
I can see some potential there. But we all know what happens when you try to make a sequel to an already hilarious and great movie. Super Troopers is one of the funniest movies I've seen, and I don't think I would want to ruin that by seeing the sequel.
 
everybody is all pissy- even if its not as good as the orgional i am sure it will still be rediculous- give it a chance
 
i dont know why they are making another movie. Super troopers is just one of those movies where you really cant make another one after it. Just like dumb and dumber, there was no possible way they could make another one after it without fucking it up. And they did, they fucked that shit up hardcore. So bad to the point where i refuse to even watch that move. So yeah super troopers 2 is going to be a huge suckfest.
 
i think it would be better if they named it something other than super troopers 2, that way if they do screw it up, which i doubt they will, people won't think of the terrible sequel when they think of super troopers.
 
the thing is - the fact that this is going to be made by/feature the same people, i'm sure it will be just as good as the first one, if not better.
