due to many people forgetting, or simply not knowing about this incredibly awesome opportunity of a contest, the deadline for submissions has been moved back to February 31st to ensure that the competition is FIERCE!

After the success of Level 1 Productions SUPERUNKNOWN, I,

Jeffery Kiesel have collaborated with Josh Bishop to create SUPER-KANG-KNOWN.

We are gonna up the ante on this contest and throw in a

jiberish jacket to the winner of this thing in addition to the very

Jeff and Josh are very involved in Lui Kang Non-Profits and Charities. They have dedicated a lot of time and effort into showcasing the beauty and technical difficulty of this advanced manuver. to bad all of the kangs i see now-a-days are Kung Lao's and not Lui Kangs. Lui Kang is Karate Kicked not kicked down...duhhh
 
alright, alright Im gonna do superkangknown. I have a week left to ski and will work every day for that special kang.

That is not a liu kang. The foot you have pointing down must be HORIZONTAL. Pop Mortal Kombat into your sega genesis, select Liu Kang and press forward-forward-high kick and you'll see what it's supposed to look like.
 
if you call people out for "not doing liu kangs right", then you automatically lose. if you grab safety and kick out it's a liu kang, and they're all beautiful, no need to be so closed minded on different styles. is a mute grab a different grab if your legs are straight as opposed to your knees being all tucked up? no.
 
are you referring to an uncrossed mute? or a high mute? nose mute? or simply a mute? i think you see where im going with this. not trying to hate, just saying.


 
whoa whoa whoa whoa. not to hate but ill claim to be one of the innovators of the kang movement (right alongside jeff). BRING BACK KANGS FOR WORLD PEACE (not hate!)

kangs can be done in a variety of ways. ive been experimenting with tons of new variations. expect to see them in my vid. progress the kang!
 
For all of those out there who do not know what a perfect of example of a kang is go order New Intelligent Group's Memo. I guarantee by the end of the movie you'll have a Kang-gasm.

well jeff that sucks for you because its wrongly named, but no hard feelings because i have an argument! Im totally for the peace that is included in Kang-ing, but lets not be ski-illiterate. You guy might have started the movement, (I even contributed a photo or two for you jeff when you use to call the east home)but how would you feel if you were the man that invented that glorious trick and your name for it was tossed aside seeing as it "made no difference". how do you think this man would have felt? All all for this Kangknown business for sure! Just give recognition that the term nowadays has been miss used.

And in terms of Mortal Kombat history. Kung Lao is a descendent of “Great Kung Lao”, bearing a striking resemblance to the legendary figure. The current Kung Lao, Liu Kang’s sparring partner, is a Shaolin monk from the “Temple of Light” and a student of Bo’ Rai Cho. Donning a razor-trimmed hat, Kung Lao is a quiet but righteous man.

is this a kang? after seeing the other threads i now dont know. i would prefer to have my hand a little higher up the ski, but this shot was taken during my first few days of learning it.

is the super-kang-known international?!

Do kang variations count? I mean like nose kangs, tail kangs, japan kangs... or just the traditional mike nick esque LIU kang?

Also, what is the video judged on? Nuumber of kangs, overall huckmeter, best vibe, or what?
