SUNY Potsdam

I know there are a couple people on this site who go there. I'm thinking of applying there because I'm probably not going to get into oneonta. Where are some places to ski around there? I know white face seems like its about two hours away but is there any where closer? Also whats the town around there like? I'm guessing since clarkson is right next to it that it is a college town?

As far as skiing going everything is around two hours away. There is Titus Mt. which is closer than Whiteface but it is really shitty skiing. As far as the town it's a nice little town, but not that much to do. There is pretty much only one bar. It's good if you like pot though. Potsdam good!

Of course all colleges have pot, but pot is pretty much what Potsdam has going for it. I wouldn't recomend the school if skiing is a factor you're considering.

i did an overnight visit with my friend there and really liked it. but there running program isnt so great so...

why woudlnt u get into oneonta...they dont require very high SAT scores or anything...
