Sunglasses! help

I need prescription sunglasses and Im not sure where to start looking or what to get..

i dont want dork looking sunglasses. I am obviously gunna look into the classic Ray-bans and see if they can make a prescription lens for me.

+k for any other good suggestions.

gascans? frogskins? just a few popular ones that look decent. pretty much all oakleys are available in perscriptions
 
cant go wrong with wayfarers... im sure they make prescription lenses for them, along with most major sunglass brands.
 
thanks man. but i cant seem to find were i can make prescription sunglasses. i only see prescription glasses frames. not prescription sunglasses frames
 
i have contacts and i use them for skiing. but when i drive to school with my normal glasses on, im not gunna pop in contacts so i can then wear sunglasses so therefore in need prescription sunglasses
 
no ones arguing with you mang... just tellin ya some perscription glasses.
go to oyur local eye doc's, and ask what they can get you in terms of oakley's or ray bans, and go from there...
 
get half jackets, u can use them as your main glasses as well with oakley rx lenses, i kno where u could get the frames cheap too....
 
i work in an optical shop/ own one so i know a decent amount about optical stuff if you have more questions.. as far as sunglasses go frogskins are hhhuuuuggggeee right now, the rep said they can barely keep up with the demand. another alt to frog skins are the jupiters i think ? they're basically a more modern looking version of them. another company to look at is tommy hilfinger, they make some pretty sick sun glasses / perscription frames. some other sunglasses we've been selling a lot of is this designer called Dakota Smith and Republica .. look into those if you want more suggestions let me know or message me

another suggestion if you wanna spend the extra money and get your perscription in the frame is when buying the lenses go for POLYcarb lenses or HIGH DEF lenses ... so much more nice than plastic ( or sometimes called cr39) ...

after seeing jupiters on their website, i like em wayy more. only shitty thing is they dont have any good colorways, but i like the sizing more than frog's
