Sundown?

What do people think about the park at Sundown (in Iowa)? Looks pretty good from what I can see from videos and pics.

They lost their parkmanager...they dont really care too much about their park and they are stuck in an old image and are scared to change...no reason to go there because Chestnut is above and beyond Sundown. I worked park crew at Sundown my first year of college. Then got offered a job by Chestnut and took that. I now work there full time. We groom at least two hours a day every morning. My boss at chestnut rides everything he builds. Plus we just got a new parkbully. Big budget for building new rails and other jibs this year!
 
sundown consistently has one of the most poorly designed and maintained parks i've ever seen, even by midwest standards. The management displays almost no concern in regards to improving this situation, and often shows even less respect for the customers whose dollars ultimately keep the place running. this is unfortunate for all those who have no other choice and cannot ski/ride elsewhere. do yourself a favor and stay away.
 
I ride sundown cause its close, and although extremely frustrating at times, i make the best of it. Chestnuts better though, and the park is phenomenal.
