Sun Peaks is a great ski resort to go to with a family because the variety of different level terrain. So beginners can go up the same chairlift as advanced skiers and go down on different runs catering to their abilities. The snow is really good, and if you strike a powder day it is sick. For the two weeks in January we went this year, our longest queue for the chairlift would of been 1-2 minutes max. There's not much in the way of expert skiing and hardly any drops. I'd recommend it though, its a very fun field with a huge inbound area over three mountains.
