It was great to see the turnout at the last event. Hope all of you are considering stop nuber 2. It will boost your chances of getting into the final. Hope to see some new faces as well. We will be bringing two of our features to afton. One will be the 22 foot double barrel rail. This rail is money! I will be working with afton to ensure a legit setup. We would like to have two different back to back options for this jam. I am stoked for this makes me want to ski in it. If there are any questions call us at Summit. 651.714.1117 You can also reserve your spot at www.summitboardshop.com

Thinking of having two differnet rail lines.

Line 1: Afton's flat down box probably around 30+ ft into our 22ft shotgun rail setup as a down. This would lead into a c-box.

Line 2: Aftons single barrel around 25ft set as a flat into our 15 ft box set as a cannon. Into c-box

just an fyi. i think afton's flat-down has some nasty squared edges, as a lot of our boxes do. they're edge eaters for sure. don't ask me why they were built like that...

well andreas, a long long time ago afton smited god in some way that has long since been forgotten. ever since that day god has seen to it that afton is cursed by boxes with squared edges and terrible terrible jumps. it is said that one day a man will rise up and right what has been wronged and afton will be freed from this curse and skiers all across the land will rejoice in its glory. so you see andreas, afton needs a hero...

Is anybody going out to the one in Michigan? I would love to go back to Blackjack, I had so much fun when i went out there two years ago.

The current Afton setup as of tuesday was up down rail, followed by 10' and 20' jumps, followed by choice of A frame rail or streetstyle downrail, into choice of DFD rail or up down box with streetstyle options, into choice of Streetstyle mailbox rail or Single Tube flat rail.
There was also a 30' jump at the bottom that you had to bomb the whole hill to make.

I'm heading over to afton right now to make a new fresh setup. I have a bunch of great prizes for top three as well as tons of swag and raffle items. Raffle is $2 a ticket. Hornbeck and Downey will be making the calls. Should be a great day see you all there.
