This year we are getting a new park manager, from snow summit i think. I will let you all know the specifics when i get more info. Anyway the park should be much better than last year. For starters i am personally going to make it a point that we get rails for sure and possible a jump or two up in the first week we open. The park at central will also be top to bottem, that means jumps and rails all the way to the lift. As i said i will post more when i hear more. later

 
oh ya, im gonna be the ole weekday warrior, i dont think im gonna be able to get many weeekends off, so if anyones gonna be riding the park a lot on the weekdays hit me up.

i talked to crush today and he said that he is expecting about 15 more jib features to come on top of what we had from last year...step down boxes, battle ship boxes...it's gonna be sick.

i can't wait! last year's park was totally sick i think, both west and central. especially for the snow. i'm sure you guys'll do a kick ass job this year too!

First report in is that this winter will be 'very wet and very cold' so cheers to that. Just make the park godlike, i can't wait to see the new features.

Yeah a wall ride would be SICK! I just got back from NZ today and there was a 30 foot wall ride there. Coolest feature ever in the park.

 
to bad sam and parker are gonna be gone... boe and schwags gonna have to hold down the crew with the rest of the boarders.. boe tell rich to give me a call

 
table transfer, or at least two tables that are close enough to transfer. And maybe a nice and maintained pipe this year, stevens's pipe got icy and all cut to hell last year after they just left it alone.

ya shawn, we have a new guy from snow summit that is going to be taking care of the park highering and desinging. Rich is still the pimp shit but probably not the one you would want to talk to for getting the job. Don't worry though...the park will still be F A B U L O U S!!

nah its really ok cause me and boe can visit sam in mammothand have a place to stay, and then parkers in whistler so were set there to... i dotn really want the job im just gonna do what i did last year. either way ill be up there..3-4 days a week

 
Build a step down and a gap/transfer jump like Bachelor had last year...that'd be awesome and I bet you'd get some press if you had a huge transfer all season...I like the wall ride idea also. Thanks for givin' us the heads up, better get my pass soon...

im going to apply to be on park crew.... if everything works out. il be up almost every day, mostly weekdays after school. i kinda want two tables next to eachother so you can gap from one to the other, like the year before last, only bigger./

I think it would be tight to have like a series of three jumps like central had last year. Those were hella fun just lap one after the pther.

IDEA! for the ski acres park...central?...you come down the first step pitch...la da da...and then theres that big flat where that tabel was last year...and then that hip on that wierd natural bank thing? YEAH RIGHT THERE! fave a fatty rail up on the lip so you can hit it like a bank rail in a pipe...that would be really sick

OR make a staircase rail...with wood...coming down the bank (you start up on the flat top and then slide it down the bank to the bottom going towards the chair....the bank rail would be sick as fuck though

totally erich, i like that. me and kev would always go up that and do stalls on that lip. that'd be sweet if there was a rail there!

i would like to see more rails set up like handrails in general, with the jump onto the rail next to them so you can do lipslipdes and such. also it would be tight if you put a rail on that thing that erich was talking about, and theen have a few foot gap, and have a rail going down, so you could come up from the side, slide the rail and then gap to the next rail and slide down that to the bottom, or some type of rail to rail gap. it would be tight if you put the curved rails right next to eachother so it would be like a shotgun rail for the first two feet, and thne you could curve off to whichever side you wanted too. also it would be tight to make a rail come out of the lip of a table at the same angle as the take off, so you could do railslides to huge 270 out and have a decent landing. and play decent music in the park and make it so you can acually hear it. if your gonna put a table on that flat part it works better if you put it at the begining so you can go off it with some speed.

yeah, for sure move the table closer if you have it again.... lose all your speed in the flats on them wet days. and i didn't mind the music..... nelly and kylie manogue get me pumped.

this one time summit was supposed to have this sick ass park and pipe and park guy thingy and all this other cool shit but because 3000ft elevation sucks dick , it was a pretty lack luster 'park and pipe' i dunno if this is true someone as old as the forest told me this story then disappered back into the bar

That series of three tables was kinda fun two years ago, maybe bring that back at central please? Where there were like 3 tables in a row with 2 takeoffs on each one, it was so fun to go down doubles with someone. And you could double-japan off of those things, they were great.
