Hi. Im just sitting here wit nothing to do, i live in shitty pennsylvania and our ski season dont last long, so if ne1 out ther cuold give me sum Summer training ideas thatd be great, and if u could give me sum little thigns to do now, thatd be better cuz i dont got much here and i have nothing to do....

 
just try to do some stuff that involves risk to keep you in the ski mind like skateboarding or something, and ride your bike or run to keep in shape

I do skate (tho i suck) and me and me friend rode like 3 miles to skate and film at the local school

when youre walking around and you come to some stairs or something dont just walk down them, 360 down them. Just mess around on ledges and stuff. Jump on a trampoline. Rollerblade even. Just don't do something really stupid that would mess you up for ski season.

yea, do shit that is lie skiing, and although mentioned already, definately try to do some trampoline stuff. oh, and 3 mles isnt too far, ride like 30 miles and then you can kick some true ass come winter

if your really bored think of tricks and just visualize them in your head and how you do them and how they would look and how it would feel to do them, and think of creative things you could do and just visualize as much skiing as you can and go on the trampoline and practice what you are thinking about and imagine you are on skis, and then think how it would be different on skis and what you would have to do, and think of your self getting better and doing stuff you couldnt last year. thats the best training you can do i think cause skiing doesnt really in volve strength or being fit or anyhting it is mosly your mind

Leg excercises are helpful as well. Leg lifts, calf raises, etc. If you work your legs hard for a summer you will be amazed how much easier it is to pop airs, ski longer each day. etc.

Cylce a lot. Road, mountain, BMX, urban, whatever you want - it's all good leg strengthening training.
