Summer skiing in europe?

so i went saas fee in the summer last year which was great. good park, good pipe and not too busy either. im planning to go again but was wondering about tignes because it has a 7m train up there as opposed to a bubble which takes about 30 mins in saas but also because it has water ramps and trampolines and i was basically wondering how the park matches up to saas fee's. im not to bothered about good rails but i would like some nice 20-30 foot jumps and a decent pipe. ive also looked at 2 alpes but ive heard it gets really busy?

so basically, is tignes as good a place or better to progress quickly considering the water ramps ( dont know if 2 alpes has anything like that) or is saas just a much better park so its not worth it?

Headed out Tignes summer 2 years ago and going out this july too, it's a pretty average to good park but good for progression- theres quite a few fun sized kickers (maybe 3 or 4 x 15 footers, 1 x 25footer and 1 x 35footer). They groom it well every night and like any summer park theres a window of about an hour were its perfect and super fun to throw yourself around a little! There isn't a pipe there though...

Getting up to the top is advertised as being quick and easy but in reality you usually have to wait around for the funicular for 15 mins or so, then there's a cable car after that you need to take to get to the park taking another 15mins.

We spent an afternoon on the water jump and again its loads of fun, but its pretty huge compared to the park (probably more of an aerials kicker)... they give you pretty shitty skis but you could probably get some new stuff down on it.

Definitely go out if you get the chance though!

yeah i mean from what your saying i think the saas park is better which had one good pipe, sometimes more, a 4 line of like 15-25 footers and a 3 line of 40-60 footers. and a bunch of rails its just the lift takes along time up there and the water ramp sounds cool

Yeh never been Saas Fee but looking at photos it looks quite a bit better. One thing probably worth mentioning about Tignes is it has no real lines, just individual kickers. Like I said still worth going out but if its a case of a choice between the two probably go saas fee
