Summer skiing encyclopedia

I know this is a washed thread idea but I want an index of all the spots you can ski over the summer (in Colorado), here are the ones I know about:

St Mary’s: gets busy and not always great conditions, you gotta hike or skin, no rails.

Woodward copper: they say it’s gonna last until October this year, 25 bux for a day, hike only, nice rails and jumps, generally not too busy

Indian Peaks spots: you gotta hike far for these ones, but you can get to some sick zones and there’s normally nobody else out there so you can build and do whatever you want

Mountain passes: places like Loveland can hold snow pretty far into summer, you can hitchhike back to the top, plus there are some pvc rails up there. Generally not to busy.

also if anyone knows the status of the copper airbags this summer that would be much appreciated

You need to be a camper to get access to the jumps and airbags at copper. The summer camp park and hike park are completely different.

Bring rails to the rink, make your drop in out of the snow already there. If the zamboni driver is chill they'll dump snow where you ask them to. The snow replenishes and you don't need shovel and haul nearly as much snow.

almost did this with my friend last summe. We found a spot and planned it all out and then we couldnt find pvc :(

still a sick idea imo and probably the easiest, except for the fact that you have to bring your skis there every time

Bringing your skis to the rink is a lot easier than hauling 1000lb of melting snow to your house. The rink is free refills. You can find pvc pretty easily on fb marketplace and craigslist for free.
