Summer set-up

Is there anything that matches the quality of mSnow, but not $300+. I've used turf but it just isn't working.

I have searched long, I have traveled to the far ends of the state! but alas there is nothing that will actually work as well as snow next best is msnow which is super pricey and just not worth it. Cheep turf and dish soap with water is the best bang for buck imo.
