how should I set up my summer set up? Because my parents r gay and won't let go to the mountain every weekend and I really need to get better on rails

Visit your local ice ring with a bunch of coolers, because the zamboni puts out its ice shavings. In the summer it will melt fast, so this ought to be an hourly visit to the ice rink.
Buy some indoor carpeting at your local home depot. When wet, kind of slides well. I can only ski pvc pipes when i do this.
All winter, plow your driveway into one big pile of snow, and then when all the snow melts, you will have that pile to use. It won't last much over the summer, but in the spring.
