I found these on Google Sketchup. They look pretty legit/ does anyone know how to figure out dimensions using google sketchup?...

That's basically identical to the way I built my transition and jump. (minus the proportions which are most likely different) If anyone's thinking about making a setup go with these plans for the transitions at least, its so smooth. You can even slant the part that sits on the ground slightly so you don't lose as much speed going into the jump.
