Summer Living- Denver

Hello NS,

I've recently been given the opportunity to intern in Denver for the summer as an actuary at an insurance company. Internships typically last mid may to early August so I will be looking for a place to live in Denver over the summer.

I am receiving a stipend to cover rent.. So I am looking to spend roughly $1125/month or a little less to to total $2250 for the summer.

The company says they often provide housing options to live with other interns, but I'd like to room with another skier who will be a little more back than typical actuaries (I can explain more if needed).

My job will be downtown Denver near the capitol building, so I'm searching for a place relatively close to downtown.

If anyone has any suggestions or is interested in rooming up/ getting a small apartment please get in touch!

it should be suoer easy for you to find almost any studio in cap hill for 1100 a month. i know my old building did a 6 month lease on a studio fror about 900 a month.

I live on cap hill and you can find plenty of places for that price. My place is all full right now but I'll hit you up if my roommate moves out before then

jeez ur guys rent is fcking cheap... mines $2400 a month, and i mean its not CHEAP considering I'm not "ballin" yet, still got work to put in for sure ha , i blew all my free 50k i brought out here but... yeah, the key is to get a luxury mansion, somewhere real nice , that literally still comes down to like $1200 each , have 3-5 people, but talking about a 15,000 square foot crib
