Summer box width?

Hi,

just found out that I can get a PVC-plate cheep where I work, the plate is 3 feet wide and 6 feet long (1x2 meters).

So alle I need to do is build myself a base, so I was wondering what the best size would be for this base.

I can't decide on the height, is 1,5 feet to low?

And with the width of the box I have two dimensions I can use.

1. Width: 1,5 ft (0,5 meters), Length: 12 ft (4 meters).

2. Width: 1 ft (0,33 meters), Length: 18 ft (6 meters).

What would you prefer?

If I were you I'd go 2 ft high, 1 ft wide, and 18 ft long. If you can get more pvc, I'd make it a 1 1/2 wide. But you don't want to sacrifice lenght for width if that is all you have
 
I can get all the PVC I need, but I have to buy it in whole plates. So that's why I only would by one plate.
