Suggestions for new park skis?

StartFragmentso my nordicas I've been using this season finallydied, and I'm looking for some suggestions for new jib skis. I've already gotpow skis so these will be just for park. I do mostly rails, and on therare occasion that I do jump I don't hit anything big. I'm lookin forreally light, poppy skis (obviously), and maybe not a super noodley flex since Ireally don't butter a lot... any thoughts on what would be good? a decent pricetag would be wonderful as well...oh and I'm 130, 5 7- 5 8EndFragment
 
take a look at afterbangs. they are light and poppy and are not that expensive. i find that they are a really good rail ski and can take a beating.
 
get t-halls. i got mine off ebay for $260 shipped brand new. paired with the salomon z12 titanium bindings i think its the lightest ski out there. real poppy, flexible, and the base can take and undershot cliff (trust me on that).
 
if your going to be doing mostly rails then a-bangs for sure...they are cheap so when you trash em its not a big deal
 
yeah I was thinking t-halls as well... what's the flex like? and as far as afterbangs go, which size would I go with? to be honest I'm not a huge fan of really long skis and my friends 177 seemed fairly long, but judging by the ones I've seen the 166s seem pretty short... and what's the flex like on the afterbangs? I've heard everything from noodley to actually pretty stiff
 
moment reno jibs/rockers or bluehouse antics or mr's

both are great companies and would not let you down like some other companies have.
 
not really... reno jibs are medium stiff and rockers are very soft.

It seem slike a lot of peopel are under the impression that moments are super stiff skis. My rockers are sooo soft, and they are rockered obvs making them ski like noodles
 
i ride the 166 afterbang im 5"6 150 and they're pretty soft super good on rails and surprisingly i havent washed out on a jump yet and i land backseat alot
 
if you aren't a fan of buttering you might as well get a stiffer/poppier ski. T-halls aren't bad but they are fairly soft. Volkl Wall, Reno Jib and ON3P blue steele seem like good options. I like soft skis but i have owned both the first two and while they weren't for me i could tell they were great skis.
 
buttering's fine, and it would be good to learn to do it better, all i was saying is i just dont want a total noodle. plus im fairly light... and does stiffer mean poppier? i know i have a tougher time ollieing high and such with a stiffer ski sometimes cause i cant flex it very much...
