Suggestions: Compact GoPro pole?

Hey guys,

Would love suggestions on a compact GoPro pole for skiing/riding.

I have the GoPole Evo but it collapses to a minimum of 14" which is inconvenient unless i have my backpack.

The GoPole Grenade Grip at 5" is more packable but does not extend.

Any suggestions?

Get a pole mount that you can put in your pocket and use your ski pole

Bolt a tripod mount into the end of a pvc pipe, you can have whatever size you want

i use a handle bar mount with an old broom handle and an old rubber grip i found. i cut the broom handle just short enough it can fit in my dakine heli pro so i can take it on tours with me. works great for me

I've got the bigger version of it and it is 11'' and expands to 36''and when i want to put it away i just take the gopro off and put it in my pocket and the pole fits in a pouch inside my jacket.

they break easily to be honest. if they get even a little snow in them and the snow melts and then freezes its a pain in the cock. they dent easily. of course I still love mine cuz it gives sick angles and shit but yeah personal preference.

Buy the go pro mount that goes on your poles...I have it really easy to adjust how far out I want it. Only problem is holding you pole extended + a go pro for extended periods of time makes your arm pretty tired
