Sugarloaf or Sunday River ?

[FSKP]

Two weeks since i've skied and it's already too much haha

Nowhere open in Quebec this weekend (apart Mont-Saint Sauveur). I'm thinking about crossing the borders because Sunday River and Sugarloaf are closer for me than MSS.

So, where's the place to ski? Which one has the best conditions ?

Sugarloaf will have more trails open and probably more park features

skied both this weekend. Sunday River was really sketchy saturday, lots of mud at the bottom, but from what I've seen sunday was better. I'm not entirely sure they'll make this weekend but if they do they'll probably have a few features

Sugarloaf on the other hand will definitely be open, they aren't even close to running out of snow yet but I'm not sure about the park. This was supposed to be the last weekend but saturday night a groomer tore down the small jumpline on accident so park crew is fighting to get the mountain to let them have features this weekend.

Basically I'd wait till later this week to decide

that sounds like a good plan, if you have to pick one id definitely chose loaf

Sugarloaf all the way. Will have more snow, better park, and is an around better mountain.

i went to sugarloaf this past weekend and it was sick. Still had some tree skiing and a full park.

I went to sr today, there was no Park and it was super slushy (as expected)

loaf wasn't bad today, we had a corrugated up for a little while and the snow was good

Loaf has much better terrain for skiing all mountain but Sunday Rivers park is better. BUT sugarloafs jump line flows hella nice.
