I recieved my order today, but i did not recieve the camo hat that you said you would send. I'm not really worried about that, but I am extremely unsatisfied with the rest of my order. It is probably some of the lowest quality clothing i have ever seen. The 'jerzees activewear' hoodie wouldn't keep me warm in the saharra desert, the threads around the zipper is already unraveling, and the zipper itself is so jammed i cant even get it undone. I am afraid that if i try to force it too hard the zipper itself will rip off! The scratch plate T is pretty sick, however, the hanes 'heavyweight' stamp t-shirt is laughable. I dont even want to get started on the bandana that it cost you a dollar to make so you sell it for eight bucks. It is unfortunate for me that you have no guarentee. I suppose i will just remain a sad, cold little boy, but I assure you that everyone I can reach will be aware of my opinions on your products.

sublux is gay there designs are gay and unoriginal and they have put together a good team shit clothing and unoriginal stuff and they expetc u to buy it because of a 'brand' name. It's too bad you had such a bad experience with a 'core' company. I'd heard nothing but positive stuff about Sublux so far, and was hoping on ordering some when I got my student loan.

Generally, I find that NOT airing my complaints in a public forum frequented by the people I'm criticizing usually gets my complaint dealt with faster, more efficient way, and that I end up getting what I want (some sort of satisfaction, refund, new product, etc), instead of alienating and potentially hurting a start-up company in a cutthroat industry. Just my take on it though.

What are you talking? Just because a kid drops a company an email about being dissatisfied is 'uncool'?? If they are making a crappy product you definately should call them out on it and maybe they'll do something about it. Otherwise more kids will just end up getting ripped off. Thanks for the heads up. Too bad hoodies sound like garbage and the T's are so cheap.

NSClothing is on the opposite end of things, The clothing is super heavy and warm. Everything is of super high quality.

I've heard a bunch of stuff about how Sublux sucks. People just liked the logo and the team and assumed the stuff would be good or something, I think it's over priced, shit.

The prices on that shit are fucking ridiculous, Siver sells their hoodies for like $80 CDN, up here in Canada, that is the most hilarious fucking rip off I have even heard of, pay them $80 so you can wear their logo, fucking bullshit, Siver fucking blows.

Those Hanes T-shirts they screen on are about $5 CDN each when you order them in large quantities for screening, that's like $3 USD, if you pay $25 for a Sublux t-shirt your paying like $20 for their fucking logo, ahahahahah, fuck. Plus like $2 for screening, hipping, etc.

Go to TJ Maxx. They wont have Sublux but I got an Orage Coat, some Siver shirts and Helly Hansen pants for very cheap.

Hopefully Sublux will listen to these comments and make changes.

This is what the internet is for. I would have done the same exact thing.. If a company rips you off and sells you total crap, it's your duty and right to post it so that all of their potential customers see. The way companies survive is to sell good quality clothes.. Companies who rip people off wont and shouldnt last long..

yeah TJ Maxx and Marshalls are dope. I got a dope toque with earflaps and a pom for like 10 bucks, and an oakley jacket (not a ski jacket) for 30.

To whoever thinks Siver is expensive, maybe you should compare quality to other brands. Their suff is cut and sow. Besides, 80$ for a hoodie is very standart in the skate/snow industry. Everyone wants to see ski mags, videos, events and pros but all this costs money to make happen. Without skiers supporting skier brands there would be no industry to look up to...

you cant be part of something if you do it once. you gotta do it repeatedly or else your not changing and progressing which is the key to origination and keeping the sport going. youre not a newschooler if you dont make it a habit of repeatedly doing it. now that is key to the progression and cycle of our sport and if you dont do this then itll die

 
The reason Siver is so expensive is because they actually make their own clothing, like have the shirts and stuff made. But still $80 is rediculous. I can go to a store and get a hoodie made by a company for like $30. I would never pay $80 for a hoodie, $40 tops.

Ya, there designs are pretty generic, and it kinda sounds like the actaul quality is poor. IT is just a way to make money, and somewhat surport freeskiing, but in the end, they have to keep a good, quality product. Companies like Sublux arent progressing the sport, there just making money of of it. We need more things like Ulta-matum, with quality and decently priced clothing to come out. There clothing is diffrent, original, and has a statement. It doenst say 'look at me, I have the latest street wear that cost me $40'.

If your going to get some clothing, atleast get somethign 4real, and not something that looks like zellers revert cloths.

Ya, all the new companies will have the Hanes tag, that doesn't really bother me, it's the fact that they still charge an ass load for the stuff. I mean, if your just screening logo's on Hanes sweatshirts then dont charge $50 USD for them, that is fucking ridiculous. Bump the price up a bit when you get the gear quality up. I mean, the fact that they are made by Hanes doesn't bother me, the fact that you can go buy that exact same hoodie without a screened logo at Mark's for like $19.99 CDN, like $15 USD does bother me. Paying $35 USD to advertise some companies logo.

the fact that the stamp says hanes does not diminish the quality. similarly, a tag that does not say hanes does not improve it. when it comes to hoodies and t-shirts, no clothing company makes their own. they buy them in bulk from a fabrication company (like hanes), and then they screen print their logo on them. other companies do the exact same thing that sublux does. the only difference is that they may order their sweatshirts and t's from a manufacturer other than hanes. however, hanes (and other manufacturers) likely does not even manufacture their clothing. it is more likely that hanes orders their clothing from an overseas manufacturer and just puts their label on it. so, this labeling of something that the label did not make happens twice. that is the reason for high prices (that is, every part of the chain from manufacturer to retailer marks up the price in order to make a profit). sublux is not being greedy, they are in the business of making money. furthermore, they are not driving costs down by using hanes sweatshirts (they may even be operating with higher overhead since they use a brand as recognizable as hanes). they are simply doing what every other company that sell sweatshirts does, and charging a price that the clothing market will allow them to charge. quit being such retards.

No ones opinion is really wrong or retarded so i think what you jsut said was very unintelligent and quite undeveloped, go buy every article of clothing stated in this topic and review them, then if you like you can discuss why you think some peoples opinions are wrong, not bluntly tell them that......

Some companies do make there own clothing, and quality does change from brand to brand.

As far as 'bitching' goes, we as the consumer have every right to voice our opinion, it is our hard earned money that purchases these products, and we arent satisfied with the quality and price.

Especially when its a small, 'core' company. They shouldn't be pissed, they should listen and make some changes. Sublux isnt shit, just there clothing at this point. We have enough over priced, bland, 'core' clothing. We need some respectable clothing to go with our respectable sport. Wait another year...., Sublux will have changed, or it will be gone.

fyi...siver NEVER has made their own hoodies or any products.

their backpacks were originally made by a company who had a subdivision called u-project (the same guys that make the mike nick pro helmet). after orage bought them out they had a stitching company do all their jean and backpack stuff, but the hoodies, etc. are just normal hoodies and t's w/different tags on them. it costs an additional 20 cents to have your own tag sown into a shirt...i'd know.
