Hey guys, so unfortunately my job is taking me back to Denver this coming month. I have an awesome room in Dillon Valley that i need to sublease. Rent is super cheap for summit. The room is downstairs, private living room/bathroom shared with a fellow newschooler (who insists on calling the place The Goathouse, so be ready for that.) Kitchen upstairs/ another living room with 2 other roomates who in all honesty ive seen maybe 6 times this whole winter. Super chill landlard.
$470/month utilities are around $60 a month.
