all the time i read about kids arguing style like oh hes not stylish this guy is and so forth...but the thing is style is style...i dont think there can be one good style...it sounds super lame but everyone is different so they all interpret someones style in a different way...this is my thought but maybe others think differently?

 
when we say that dumbass we mean how it looks, not the actual style, for example, tj schiller has better style than mickeal deuxuno(however u spell it)

style IS looking comfortable in the air, so if the person doing the trick looks comfotable doing it, it is therefore stylie. the reason people are bent over about style is because since style is being comfortable in the air, you have to be a good skier to be comfortable in the air. the more comfortable in the air you look, the better the skier you are. think about it

style = comfortability = skill = better skier, which is why people are bent on style, because style is the same as skill. look at the equation.

^he is right. grabs also show style, because they show control, and can be personalized. this is a very important conversation

hey now, just because someone's stylish doesn't mean they're good. i've seen people that can hardly ski the inruns to jumps yet can hold a grab really well during a three, but that doesn't make them that spectacular. Style doesn't equal skill. Controlled and well executed technique equals skill.

Style to me is not looking comfortable in the air..it's complete control of your skis on the snow and in the air. example: Andy Mahre, Pep
