yah it was kinda weird, for that size of a jump on, the drop in shuda been alot bigger....but it was fun anyways, just kinda hard to keep speed going up to the lip

^^^zach, it's as simple as: higher/bigger dropin= more velocity on soft ice rink snow. more velocity=more speed to do cooler/smoother tricks onto and off of said box. this =better rail jam. and there you have it!

i talked to krush last night, he was hosting a snowboard video premier that i went to. i asked him if he knew any more about the october 16th jam, he said theres gonna be a 15 ft. box to a 20 ft. down box, and a bigger drop in...he also said the tentative plan was to have it in the boarderline parking lot

if i'm not mistaken, it think the box in question will be the flat-down with the flat bars on the side.

not neccesarily/ it could be a 3 foot high flat box with a down box going down to 1 1/2 feet

it doesnt have to the kinda flat down that would be at a terrain park
