Stupid Project for Peer Leading- Help

I have to do this stupid project for my peer leading class and im kind of at a loss. The question is who is or was a good leader and what makes him/her so good. Any examples with some evidence??

if its stupid be cynical. Hitler was obviously a good leader because he was able to gain the support of Germany while committing gross acts of genocide

Go with Hitler. I mean he was one of the greatest leaders out there, regardless of his terrible acts.
