Stupid Full Tilt question. Am I paranoid or what?

So recently I picked up a pair of Seth Morrison pros to replace my old T walls for dirt cheap and they are basically brand new. The guy wore them twice. But I get them home and one liner is a couple of inches higher than the other. Pulled the liners out everything looks normal. What could be causing this? I know the boots sat unbuckled for awhile could it be that? I also noticed there are super feet foot beds inside them already could this be bunching the liner up? (And ignore the fact the powerstraps aren’t on there booster straps are on the way)

Both boots have boot boards in the bottoms? Most likely just a manufacturing issue if I had to guess without seeing the boots in person

I think I figured it out. When he put the foot beds in the liners it bunched up. I just need to re mold them before I put them back in the Shell.
