You don't want a 15 min video of me moaning and groaning with my ass in the air...look up a variety of yoga videos (yoga for tight hips, yoga for hamstrings, yoga for strength, etc.) and then pick and choose exercises from each that you really like. Make a list of like 20 different stretches you can hit on a given day maybe you dont do them all everyday but have a core few you make sure to do at least once a day. Broken my back twice and feel like an old man at 21 lol that's what I do and it helps a ton
